- Include image, audio, or video attachments in accepted formats (jpg, bmp, pdf, mp3, midi, wav, mpeg, qt, avi, flv, mp4, mpg, wmv, vcd, asf) showing clear “before and after” differences.
- Be truthful.
- Include a clear description of the attached materials, including:
- Name or initials of the User shown in the content
- Short description of what the image/video shows
- Product name related to the content
- The period during which the Product was used
- Include original, unedited attachments (no graphic alterations).
- Not contain offensive, vulgar, discriminatory, or illegal content.
By sending your opinion, you agree that its content, in whole or in part, along with any attachments, may be published on the Product’s website. Personal details may be modified to protect privacy.
III. General Website Use
The Website may also display an English version of these Terms. In case of discrepancies, the English version prevails.
All marketing information, prices, and Product promotions on the Website are an invitation to Users to place an order, not a binding offer in the legal sense.
Placing an order is considered an offer to purchase and acceptance of all points in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Users placing an order must be at least 18 years old and legally competent, or have the consent of a legal guardian.
We currently cannot deliver to certain countries (full list provided in the original document). Orders to these regions will not be accepted unless explicitly agreed with Customer Service.
Product and price information is valid on the date it appears on the Website.
All Website content remains the property of the Provider. Products comply with the legal requirements of the country of sale (Seychelles). Users are responsible for ensuring their purchase complies with their local laws.
All prices include applicable taxes for the Provider’s registered location. Local duties, VAT, customs, or excise taxes outside our location are the responsibility of the User.
The Provider reserves the right to change prices, introduce new products, withdraw products, and modify promotions at any time without notice.

Product Sales & Order Processing
Orders are accepted 24/7 year-round via the Website or by phone.
The Provider may refuse an Order without giving a reason.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM on weekdays, or during weekends/holidays, are processed on the next business day.
Once an Order is confirmed, a sales contract is formed between the User and the Provider.
Delivery time is approximately 3 business days but may vary due to external factors.
Payments are processed by an authorized third party, depending on the selected method, or upon delivery for “cash on delivery” orders.
Products remain the property of the Provider until full payment is received.
All Products are new, with required certifications and instructions in accordance with applicable laws.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If an incorrect price or server error is found in your Order, the Website Administrator will contact you, and the Order will be canceled.
You may change or cancel an Order within 2 hours of confirmation by contacting the Provider via email.
VII. Right to Withdraw
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The Product must be returned unused, in original packaging, within 30 days of withdrawal. Refunds will be processed to your bank account.
VIII. Complaints & Refunds
Complaints must be sent to the return address listed on the Product leaflet.
Complaints apply to defective, damaged, or unsatisfactory Products.
Refunds are available only for the price of one Product per person/household for first-time purchases. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Damaged Deliveries
Check your package upon delivery. If damage is found, complete a damage report with the delivery agent.
Additional Information
The Provider is not responsible for the consequences of improper use of Products.
Dietary supplements are most effective when combined with a healthy, balanced diet and active lifestyle. They are not recommended for minors, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or elderly individuals without medical consultation.
Final Provisions
Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved via mediation. If unresolved, they will be settled in court according to applicable jurisdiction.
The Provider may update these Terms at any time. Changes will apply to Orders placed after the changes take effect.
